Return/Refund and Exchange Policy
We are happy to issue refunds or exchanges (minus the cost of shipping) on orders returned to us within 14 days of their arrival to you.
Returns or exchanges beyond 14 days may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email us your invoice number with tracking information for the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance as we process refunds upon the product's arrival and inspection. Returned items showing wear, alteration, or damage, will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
